In Memoriam
Avery, the
day you were born was the best part of my life. I loved you instantly
and I knew I would love and cherish you for the rest of my life.
I would
never turn my back on you. I would try to protect you at any cost, even
my life. I was not there for you on that one tragic night and it cost
your irreplaceable life.
Since you
left us, time has stood still. No matter how many birthdays pass, you
will forever be 8 years in my heart and mind.
All day,
every day, thoughts and images of you fill my mind. I can still hear
your voice when I close my eyes. They say time heals all wounds, but
this one will take a lifetime. You left a hole in my soul I will have
till the day I die.
I will
always remember all your adventures and the love in your eyes.
Happy
Birthday, my little man.
Love,
Daddy,
Martin Michaud
On March
16th you should be 11 years old. I was there when you came into the
world. Your dad was so happy and loved you more than anything. He was a
great dad. It was easy, because you always had a smile on your face and
were just a happy little boy. I was blessed to be your grammy.
I’m
thankful for the memories I have of you. I have many wonderful pictures
of you, but nothing can take the place of your hugs and kisses. I miss
you so much. March 16, 2003 was a wonderful, happy day and December 10,
2011 will always be the worst day of my life. No parent should ever have
to go and say goodbye and kiss their child for one last time.
Forever in
my heart,
Love,
Grammy,
Pearl Michaud
