Ken Kartes Photography Exhibit At The Epsom Public Library
“The Way I See It,” an
exhibit by photographer Ken Kartes, opens on October 31 at the Epsom
Public Library and will run through December 12. The artist’s love
of nature, so evident in his work, began with visits to the zoo in
his hometown of Stoneham, Massachusetts and continues with the
inspiration he finds outside his door in Dover, NH, around Great
Bay, the seacoast area and the White Mountains. Of his work, Ken
says “Some of my best photos come during unplanned moments. Being
open to what nature has to offer is key to me.”
This stunning exhibit may
be viewed during regular library hours: Monday through Thursday, 10
am to 7 pm, Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm. Additionally, all are welcome
to meet the artist and learn more about his work at a special
reception on Sunday, November 8, from 2 to 4 pm. For more
information, call the library at 736-9920 or visit
