“Fancy
Nancy Tea Party"
We all had
a fantastic time during our second annual “Fancy Nancy Tea Party” here
at the Oscar Foss Memorial Library on December 1, 2012. Everyone looked
‘fabulously fancy’ dressed-up in their fancy finest and lots of bling!
We ate lots of yummy treats, had tea from special teapots and cups,
played games and made “fancy paper dolls.”
All of the
children who attended were entered into a free raffle and our winners
were: Sarah Brickner for the “Tea Set” and Alexa Mountain for the “Fancy
Nancy Book.” Congratulations to our winners!
A big
‘Thank You’ goes out to Carol Ransom for all the homemade goodies and
assistance she provided for this event. A tea party is wonderful fun for
all ages and we hope to see you at our next one!
Christmas
Caroling
Come and
spread some Christmas cheer with us! On December 19th, the Center
Barnstead Christian Church will be singing Christmas carols to the
residents at the Epsom Manor, as well as some people who may be shut-in.
This is a wonderful way to celebrate the reason for this season with
others. Then we will return to church to enjoy some hot chocolate.
People of all ages are invited to join us.
For more
information please contact the church at 269-8831. The Center Barnstead
Christian Church is located on Route 126, next to the Town Hall.
