All the Barnstead Cub Scouts will have their first
meeting of this year on Tuesday, September 8 at the Barnstead Parade
Fire Station from 6 - 7 PM. All boys who are in First Grade and up are
eligible to join. We will separate into Dens at that time.

Library Card
Sign Up Month
September
is Library Card Sign Up Month. This year, Snoopy is the honorary chair
of Library Card Sign Up Month and he wants you to know about all of the
great things that library cards offer. A library card lets you access
books, ebooks, audiobooks, online databases, museum passes, and much
more. Be sure to have any students sign up for this school year!
Friends of
the Oscar Foss Memorial Library
The Friends
of the Library meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7pm at the
library, with the next one being September 10th. One can join the
Friends of Oscar Foss Memorial Library at any meeting or by picking up a
brochure at the library. The membership fee is $5.00 per person.
Teen
Library Club
The Teen
Library Club will be resuming in October. The club is for teens in 7th
grade (12yrs) and up. The Teen Club is a great time to meet new people
and get together with friends.
