Gubernatorial Candidate Jeanie Forrester And State Representative Candidate Norm Silber To Address Belknap County Republican Committee Meeting Wednesday, July 13

The Belknap County Republican Committee has announced that their next monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 13 at 6:30 pm at the Top of the Town Restaurant, 88 Ladd Hill Rd in Belmont, NH.

This month, the Belknap County Republican Committee will have two guest speakers.  Norm Silber of Gilford, a candidate for State Representative in Gilford/Meredith District 2 will address the Committee.  Our keynote speaker will be Meredith resident State Senator Jeanie Forrester, who is running for Governor.  Both of the speakers will share their reasons for running, and will take questions from those in attendance.

The Republican candidates who have thrown their hats into the ring to represent Belknap County in the State House, Senate, and county positions will be given the opportunity to introduce themselves and speak briefly about their qualifications.

In addition, results of this year’s annual Belknap County Republican Committee Sunset Dinner Cruise held on May 27 will be announced, and an update will be provided regarding the upcoming Republican Convention in Cleveland.

Belknap County GOP meetings are open to ALL Republicans and like-minded Independents. Per their usual meeting format, if you’re interested in having dinner (at your option) and/or wish to socialize before the meeting, plan to arrive as early as 5:00 pm.

The Committee thanks its members for continuing to bring food pantry donations to the meetings, and again reminds them to bring a non-perishable food item to this month’s meeting.

For more information, please check the Committee’s website at www.BelknapCountyGOP.org or send an email to [email protected].

Candidates For Executive Council – Joe Kenney & Sam Cataldo To Address Barnstead-Alton-Gilmanton Republican Committee

The Barnstead-Alton-Gilmanton Republican Committee (BARC’G) has announced that their next monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 12 at 6:30 pm at J.J. Goodwin’s Restaurant (upstairs dining room), 769 Suncook Valley Highway (Rt 28), in Center Barnstead.

This month’s guest speakers will be Joe Kenney, District 1 Executive Councilor who is running for re-election, and State Senator Sam Cataldo who is running for District 2 Executive Councilor. Here’s your opportunity to hear from two people who are running for a position that serves as a check and balance of the Governor.  They ensure the executive branch of state government is fiscally conservative and above reproach.

In addition, the Committee welcomes other candidates who will be on the ballot in Belknap County who wish to introduce themselves to our members.  They will also discuss activities underway leading up to the primary scheduled for Tuesday, September 13.

BARC’G meetings are open to all Republicans and like-minded Independents from Alton, Barnstead, and Gilmanton, and any other towns in New Hampshire. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from the various candidates running for statewide office at this meeting and future meetings to help you make up your mind regarding whom to vote for.  There is no charge to attend the meetings.

Per their usual meeting format, if you’re interested in having dinner (at your option) or wish to socialize before the meeting, plan to arrive as early as 5:30pm.

The Committee reminds you to bring a non-perishable food item (cans of soup, tuna fish, etc, etc) to the meeting for distribution to local food pantries.

For more information, please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
