Community Game Night December 1st
been almost a month since we had our non-bonfire fall gathering.
The rain had kept everything wet enough, but regardless, the wind
was blowing way too strong to light a big open fire. The pile
will still be there when we want to light it some other time.
Weíll let you know when that is. Instead, everybody just hung
out in the tree house with the wood stove roaring and the pot luck
food so tantalizing. We all just sort of hung out, snacked and
played games. It was fun. There were all kinds of games.
There was a family jenga competition. Everybody just loved
playing the table top home rollin bowlin game. And itís been
years since Iíve played cribbage. Well needless to say, we all
wanted to do it again. We thought, how about next month?
We picked Saturday December 1st because itís way early in the
holiday season and hopefully folks may not have lots of other things
going on yet.
