Happy Birthday to Julia Nadeau on November 25.
November 21 is the last day to complete an application form for the
Capital Region Holiday Basket Project. Applications are available at
the Town Office during regular business hours. The baskets will be
available on December 22, 2012.
Chichester’s Christmas Tree lighting will be Friday, November 30,
from 6:30 to 7:30 at Carpenter Park. Santa will arrive in a fire
truck at 6:45 and the tree will be lit at 7 pm. There will be hot
chocolate and cookies and a children’s craft activity.
Chichester Grange will hold a Penny Sale with a Christmas theme on
Saturday, December 1, at the Grange/Town Hall. Tickets will go on
sale at 10 am and numbers will be drawn beginning at 11:30 am. A
lunch of soup and bread will be sold to those who wish to eat while
they listen for their number.
Reminder
Chichester Police Department has applications for assistance this
Christmas. If you are a Chichester resident and your child is 18 or
younger, please stop by and get an application for each child, fill
it out completely and return to the Chichester Police Department.

the Town Hall or Police Department and must be returned by December
14, 2012.

We would like to extend a thank you to some wonderful people. Thank
you to the “Ks” for the gift card, perfect for the holiday gift bag
purchases. Thank you to the Nashua lady, who came all the way here
to donate many new, handmade items and new items for the baby
layette bags, and thank you to the people who keep on donating great
books for our book sales. We’ve seen a great turnaround in the
books, adult and kids. Now we have Christmas craft books and
cookbooks for recipes for holiday dining.
We have a nice collection of leather jackets at reasonable prices.
Whatever you need, just ask at the desk and we’ll check for you.
There is a quantity of material for quilting and crafts and yarn.

Letter
I would like to thank the voters of District 17 for their support in
my race for the State Senate! Though I lost the election, I know I
was a voice heard and look forward to being continually involved in
state politics!
Good luck to John Reagan! May he govern keeping in mind what all
Americans stand for!
