REMINDER
Hope in
Christ Church is hosting a free Community Supper on Saturday, March
18th. We will be serving spaghetti with meatballs, garlic
bread, salad, coffee and dessert. Please drop by between the
hours of 4:30pm and 6:30pm and visit with neighbors and friends.
Hope in Christ church is located at 153 Main Street, Chichester,
(next to the Town Library). We hope to see you there! The
Chichester Town Meeting will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 18,
in the multi-purpose room at Chichester Central School.
Happy Birthday to Sean Menard and Keith Davison, Jr. on March 26.
Many thanks to the Chichester voters, election officials,
and vote counters who came to the polls on March 16 for the
Chichester Town election. The weather was cold and windy, but
thankfully free of snow.

great sale on Easter stuffies: little bunnies, chicks, only 25˘;

equipment and some pots and pans that will work for camping.

Chichester Town Library
News
Tonight, March 22nd, is a meeting of the New Hampshire
Poetry Society, supported by the library, at the Grange Hall at 7
p.m. Featured poets are Nancy Jean Hill and Tim Mayo, followed
by an Open Mic. Everyone is invited and newcomers are
particularly encouraged to attend.
Monday, March 27th at 7 p.m.,
the Down Cellar Writers’ group meets. Local writers and poets
are welcome to bring (and share) their work. This group is
facilitated by Mary Castelli.
Also on March 27th, the Chichester
Photo Group will be meeting at the library at 7 p.m. This is
the group that has been exhibiting their beautiful work at the
library for the past couple of months. The meeting is open to
local photographers interested in discussing and learning about
their craft and in planning group events. It is facilitated by
Gail Laker-Phelps.
Apparently, winter weather has remained with
us. If there are school closings, the library will also be
closed, unless otherwise indicated. But, winter weather aside,
WELCOME SPRING!
