Letter

The Epsom Central School 8th Grade Class is planning its third annual historical trip to Washington, D.C., for April, 2010. In order to make this a possibility, we are conducting numerous fundraisers with our students and asking businesses to help us. Our goal is to make it a reality for all students to attend, rather than a select group who can afford the cost. We want to make this an inspiring experience to remember for years to come.

The Class will be holding an Auction on December 4, 2009, at the Epsom Fire Station, located on Dover Road in Epsom. All proceeds from this auction will go directly to the cost of the field trip. Your donation of an item or gift certificate will be greatly appreciated. All Auction items will be listed in our program, along with the donor’s name.

This would be a wonderful opportunity to advertise your business, while realizing a tax deduction for your donation toward this very worthwhile cause.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact Peter Arvanitis at (603) 798-4708, parent coordinator, or Patrick Connors, Principal of Epsom Central School.

Thank you in advance of your support of our students.

Sincerely,
Patrick Connors, Principal; Brian Beaverstock, Assistant Principal; Joan Pozner, 8th Grade Trip Advisor; Mary Yeaton, 7th Grade Trip Advisor; Peter Arvanitis, Parent Coordinator.
