Epsom Personal Trainer Pays You To Lose Weight In 2009

Local Epsom personal trainer Nancy Carlson PFT, YFS, is well known for putting together the most successful fitness transformation contests around. Last November she hosted a month long “Biggest Loser Competition” in her Ladies Only Bootcamp. This one group of ladies lost almost 70 pounds in just four weeks. This was remarkable achievement considering each contestant was over 35 years of age. This year, Carlson and her Epsom fitness boot camps, Get Fit NH Boot Camps, is at it again with a twelve-week transformation contest starting January 26th, 2009, to get her client’s beach body ready for spring break.

Everybody knows that motivations run high with the New Year’s resolutions so typical of the annual January fitness rush. According to Carlson, it is critical to take advantage of these aspirations by running a properly designed and integrated rapid fat loss training and nutrition program to get people results fast so that they can maintain this high level of motivation to make lasting changes. Carlson says: “Every once in a while it’s great to get a group people together who are determined to make big changes happen. By entering this contest you have essentially put yourself in a position to succeed like never before. There will be tons of social support and accountability to keep you focused and on track. To top it off, you will also be eligible to win some huge prizes! Though, in reality, everyone will win because they will have met their fitness goals quicker than ever before. But, nothing beats a little extra incentive to keep your eyes on the prize.”

The Six Pack Six is a strategically designed “get it done” list with a scoring system to give you regular feedback at completing a variety of high fat loss impact activities. Genuine commitment to becoming a Fat Loss Success will show when you get a glimpse of that six pack.

The total contest package is well over $1,300 in prizes. To learn more about this contest please email Nancy at  [email protected] or give her a call at 603.344.2651. For a free 1-week trial to her Epsom boot camp to experience the best personal training in NH, please visit http://www.GetFitNHBootcamp.com. Nancy Carlson is the co-owner of Cr8 Health & Fitness, and a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist. As a busy mom of six, she understands what it takes to integrate a healthy lifestyle into a hectic schedule. Nancy is also a fitness boot camp instructor and runs the highly popular Get Fit NH Bootcamps (www.GetFitNHBootcamp.com) with her husband and co-trainer Dean in Epsom, NH.

Epsom Public Library News

The library will hold a book sale now through January 24 during regular library hours:  Monday- Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00.p.m. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the library.

The Concord-Merrimack County SPCA has issued a Wish List of needs, and the Epsom Library is cooperating with them by collecting needed items in lieu of fines due.  Items especially needed include leashes for walks, cat toys, rabbit or small animal chew toys, wet canned kitten food, Advantage (for dogs and cats), Frontline (for dogs and cats), non-clumping litter, premier dog collars, and washable beds.  Cleaning items such as liquid laundry detergent, bleach, mops, paper towels, and heavy duty trash bags are also needed. In addition, the Association is looking for 35 inch fluorescent light bulbs and small six-inch paper plates. Cash donations are welcome as well. The Library will collect items through February.

The Friends of the Library will meet on January 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the library.  Anyone who would like to join the group is invited to come at that time.

Letter

Hi! It’s me again, looking for support for SB2.

On Jan. 12 in the Concord Monitor it stated that the welfare office is spending $50,000.00 more than usual and about 95% of requests are for rent. When voting day comes I hope everyone takes this into consideration as well as the unemployment rise that is sweeping across America. Right now there are 4 million Americans out of work and I feel sure it will get worse. During one week in the month of Nov. jobless claims rose to 542,000, the highest figure in 16 years. This can happen to any one of us. When you go to the Polls to vote, think very hard before you give up your right to vote in the privacy of a booth. Please support SB2.
