The students at Prospect Mountain High School who met the
challenge of designing a business logo for a fellow student are left to
right: John Hammond, Sean Dineen, Zach McGee, Breanna Parandes and Derek
Nerdahl. Sean Dineen was the top winner designing a logo that Zachary’s
team felt depicted his business best, however they also liked some
aspects of the other three top submissions, so Sean agreed to add those
aspects to his logo and Run Zach Run Errand Service was created. Zach’s
mother Heidi felt strongly that all the students were winners so she
bought them each a dozen doughnuts to show her appreciation. The second
stage of developing Zach’s business is now in process and the students
at Prospect Mountain will once again be assisting their fellow student
this time through the business studies program. These students will be
working to develop a business, plan and ledgers to assist Zach in
establishing the next part of his business venture.
