FBLA To Walk For MS
Coe
Brown Northwood Academy’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
chapter will be walking in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
annual Walk MS: Manchester on April 15, 2012. The team,
Bears in Businesswear, is made up of FBLA members and is walking for
its 14th year to raise money toward finding a cure for
MS.
The
National MS Society is moving research forward by relentlessly
pursuing prevention, treatment and cure. They are moving to
reach out and respond to individuals, families and communities
living with multiple sclerosis. They are moving politicians
and legislation to champion the needs of people with MS through
activism, advocacy and influence. They are moving to mobilize
the millions of people who want to do something about MS now.
Last
year, the Greater New England Chapter spent over $8 million on MS
education, support, advocacy, services, and research to benefit more
than 19,000 individuals and families who are affected by MS in
Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and 400,000 across
the country.
Anyone
who wants to donate, to the CBNA team can go to the msnewengland.org
website and donate to the Bears in Businesswear. Please help
by making a donation - large or small - to create a world free of
MS.

Letter
To The
Northwood school:
My son
was sent home with a letter stating you have to keep taking away
privileges such as bathroom, and now locker, maybe even their
science camp out because of vandalism that is being done to the
school.
For you
who work at the school and have not noticed these little things
called security cameras, they work very well. May I suggest that you
look at the tapes and find the responsible party instead of letting
the children that are doing this make you look like lazy people who
are not doing their jobs?
This is
the reason why you did not get your money or your pay increases;
this is it right here. Instead of seeing who is doing it, you would
rather threaten the children as a whole. I know my son asked you
flat out why you don’t look at the camera and the response was "we
don’t want to be policing the children."
So,
since the cameras are no good, please disconnect them to save on our
electrical bill. And I am sure if this trip does not happen, the
school will be refunding all the money back to the children.

Thanks
to Northwood Voters
I would
like to thank everyone who voted for me to serve a 3 year term on
the Northwood Budget Committee. I appreciate it; thank you so much.
I promise I’ll do whatever I can to keep our taxes as low as
possible.
Also, I would like to thank you for re-electing Selectman Bob Holden
and School Board member Tim Jandebeur. In my opinion their are both
truly the taxpayers friend. Again, thank you.
